In today’s online shopping market, I believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why I designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for the customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how I ship or exchange products, or about how I secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Most items are handmade and each item will be unique. Small differences from the photos is possible even if I try to limit it. Each product is carefully checked before shipping. 

If something is wrong with your product, within two weeks of receiving the item, you can send a message with a photo attached to show the problem.

Together we will look for a suitable option. 

You have the option to upgrade your postage to tracked. I do recommend this. If a package gets lost in the post, you can contact me and we look for a suitable option. If the package is tracked and something happens (lost or damaged) to the package you get a free refund, if proof is provided. 

The delivery time for each country can differ. If you want to know the estimated time you can always message me. 

I strive to send out every order within 1 to 3 working days. Only the Royally Booked Box is on pre-order and will be send out the first week of the new month.
